	Senior Pastor - Rick Evans Rick.Evans@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Rick is an internationally known speaker, spending the last two decades equipping the church to move in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit. Married to Lisa for 34 years, with three grown daughters, Rick has pastored the Cleveland Vineyard since 1996.
	Associate Pastor - Tom Wadsworth Tom.Wadsworth@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Tom oversees our small groups, outreach ministries, and training centers. Before coming on staff in June of 2006, he worked in the fields of engineering, technical sales, and business development. Tom holds Engineering degrees from the University of Akron and a Biblical Studies degree from Ashland Seminary. Tom and his wife Ania have three energy packed kids: Jakub, Matthew and Noelle, who all love to explore the world together and eat ethnically interesting food.
	Women's Pastor - Joannie Koch Joannie.Koch@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Joannie loves adventure and is compassionate about pushing out the kingdom of God through the church. She delights in the privilege of visiting other countries and speaking to men and women of all ethnicities and culture although her greatest joy comes from a deep intimacy with Jesus and sharing that in his community. Joannie is devoted to sharing this intimacy with men and women, young and old alike and takes great pleasure in seeing women grow and come into all that God has called them to be.
	Young Adult's Pastor - Ben Koch Ben.Koch@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Ben is a 2006 graduate from Baldwin Wallace College and has been on staff for about three years. Married to wife Sarah since 2005, he leads worship and is the Young Adults Pastor. Ben loves Jesus and wants to see the kingdom of God come and the church grow in our day. His heart is to see young people fall in love with Jesus; learn about who He really is, and experience His presence, power, and overwhelming love. Ben wants to help connect people to the living God, understand the Bible, and learn what a life of worship really looks like.
	Missions Pastor - Dave Welker Dave.Welker@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Dave has been involved in Vineyard churches since 1990 and currently oversees missions and the creative arts group that is beginning to take form in our church. He is committed to building a missional community in the church, equipping the saints to make both a local and global impact. Dave loves to minister cross culturally, encouraging and equipping the church to bring the worship of Jesus to places that are in great need. He has a special heart for third world missions. Dave and his wife Shannon have two children, Josh & Leah. They enjoy canoeing, sushi, Indian food, hanging out and playing loud music.
	Children's Director - Sue Washburne Sue.Washburne@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Sue joined the staff in January 2010 as the children's ministry director. Sue's passion is to see children of all ages, background, and ethnicities know that God loves them so much and that He actively wants to guide them and help them everyday. Sue is married to Jim and they have three children, Justin, Brian, and Sarah. Sue loves crafts, spending time with her family, and cooking.
	Lakewood Campus Pastor - Dave Purvis Dave.Purvis@vineyardcleveland.com Bio: Dave has ministered in many capacities for 30 years including youth ministry, leading small groups, leading a Home Church, serving as a missionary in Brazil, teaching classes and serving on the church council. He now serves as the Campus Pastor for the Vineyard in Lakewood. Dave is married to Mary Ann and has two adult children, Colin and Dillon.
